By enrolling a patient in the Genetix Patient Support Program, you’re connecting them with a dedicated team that can guide them through every stage of their journey.

A Patient Navigator

is available at no cost to answer questions, provide educational resources, and help patients and caregivers take the next step with confidence.

No prescription required

Patients may enroll directly and connect with the support team at any time, ensuring they and their families can receive guidance and support early in the process.

What enrollment provides for your patients

  • Travel and lodging support if a QTC is not nearby
  • Guidance on insurance navigation and financial assistance

  • Apheresis Operations (AphOps) – ​Educate on and support apheresis processes to ensure smooth, successful cell collection for every patient
  • National Account Executives (NAEs) – Partner with payers and providers to secure sustainable access and reimbursement for patients
  • Patient and Community Education (PACE) Team – ​Connect with patients to educate on therapy and prepare for treatment readiness at any stage of the consideration journey
